Utility Bills for REC Green Power Calculations...

The link below, fromLEEDuser, indicates that if you can use actual utility bills x 50% x 2 yrs to calculate the required quantity of RECs as opposed to the EAc1 energy model design consumption x 35

2-year contract from what time?

I can find no evidence that the 2-year period needs to start as soon as the building is finished, is that the case?

Our client is a national banking program that has purchased REC's as a corporation in 2010 and 2011 as part of a corporate portfolio program.

The percentage of RECs is calculated as a percentage of the result of the energy model in EAc1. Does this include or exclude the amount of renewables on site.

In v2.2 is was acceptable to have a 1 yr contract as long as the total green power purchased was equivalent to 2 years of 35% electricity, or year of 70% electricity for exemplary performance.

EAc6 form not calculating savings from renewable energy

The EAc6 form seems to be automatically pulling the total annual electricity use number from the EAp2 form without taking into account our savings from renewable energy.
