If I have a space (manufacturing warehouse) that is served by Evaporative Coolers only. Do the Mandatory Requirements of ASHRAE 90.1 section 6.4.3.4.2 & 6.4.3.4.3 apply?
Space Classification
NC-2009 EAc1:Optimize Energy Performanceposted by Blas Beristain on
Hellow Everyone, 1) In the case of a technical space (equipment room) that is a Conditioned Space as per ASHRAE 90.1 and, therefore, must be simulated as a heated/cooled reference office space: Sh

Hi, I'm working in another project that is attempting multiple building certification.
Process energy
NC-2009 EAc1:Optimize Energy Performanceposted by Jatuwat Varodompun on
I got the reviewed comment on the process energy. The way I have modelled is try to add the process load to reach 25% minumum energy threshold eventhough such load does not exist.
Existing building, two parts, only one certified

Efficiencies for Packaged VAV with Reheat
NC-2009 EAc1:Optimize Energy Performanceposted by Francesco Passerini on
As HVAC system for baseline I have to model System 5 - Packaged rooftop VAV with Reheat. I wonder what efficiencies I have to consider for the different components.
Modeling Natural ventilation
