There are two AEDG's for small office buildings. Which should be used for a 12,000 sf building to achieve the 10-14% improvement over 2007? The 30% or the 50%?

Energy Model DHW peak flow vs WEp1 peak flow

When claiming DHW savings due to low flow fixtures, i use the calculator in Table 1.4 to come up with my peak baseline and proposed DHW flows, which it says should use data from WEp1.

Proposed building sharing bounding wall with neighbor building.

The building has two of its bounding walls shared with its neighbour buildings. First question is, is a shared bounding wall considered part of the envelope?
