Chiller Minimum Equipment Efficiency nonstandard conditions

The project team has specified a centrifugal chiller of over 600 Tons with a nonstandard conditions. It has been sent an AHRI certificate showing the compliance with ASHREA 90.1-2007 and 2010.

How do you account for the difference in service hot water efficiency from the proposed design to the baseline design if the proposed design is using electric point-of-use water heaters?
