According to system 3 of Table G3.1.1A I have to model a fossil fuel furnace for a baseline model. What efficiency shall I consider? "Warm air unit heater, gas-fired" in Table 6.8.1E, i.e. 80%?

When the baseline system is required to have DCV, how should it be controlled. I'm not aware of any sections that details how the controls should work when it is implemented for the baseline.
