I have just begun working on a project that features a small (under 20,000sf) office building on a large public plaza on top of a below grade parking ramp. Thus far, the team has assumed it would use Option 2 compliance path to satisfy EAp2. However, I am wondering how the team should include the energy use (lighting, fan, etc) of the parking ramp into the reporting tool for Option 2. The AEDG forms do not explicity state this scenario, nor does it seem intuitive to me. Has anyone else had a similar challenge?
