NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
What is the baseline for a ventilation fan providing outdoor air to an unconditioned space? I understand "G3.1.2.9 System Fan Power", only applies to fans within a system, meaning fan that are serving a conditioned space. Do you agree?

The baseline is identical to the proposed. They are essentially a process load.
