Adaptive Reuse

We are engaged in a high-rise adaptive reuse of a middle school built in 1934. Historic is requiring the original window assemblies be restored.

Hi All, I have seen this point tackled in many comments earlier but we still have some doubts. We have a residential building of 16 floors which sits on a podium of 3 floors.

Can two chillers share one cooling tower?

Per ASHRAE 90 G3.1.3.11: Each chiller shall be modeled with separate condenser water and chilled-water pumps interlocked to operate with the associated chiller. We have two chillers sized equally.

EA prereq documentation

We have documented EA prereq 2. We are using LEED NC v 2009 and we are using form version 4. We have filled in all the required information with the exception of the Target Finder.
