Dear All:- Our project have ventilation spaces only (No A/c spaces) so how we model these building in energy model As per LEED Missing manual we follow below things "Assign HVAC systems as per Appendix-G and Section 6 but set thermostatic set points out of range so that systems never turn on" For cooling coil it is ok because it is not turns on due to set point But the issue is what we do for fans in ventilation areas(Can we model this as per fan power calculator given in LEED user (7 Group)) or model this identically in both cases as process energy

These are unconditioned spaces so you do not need to be concerned about he work around regarding temperature set points. The fans are modeled identically as a process load.
