Residential apartments Lighting Power Density

Dear All, I'm working on a residential apartments project and I'm trying to figure out what ASHRAE 90.1-2007 mandates as maximum lighting power density for this kind of projects.

I can not tell, from either ASHRAE 90.1-2007 or from the LEED User's Manual, what U-value I am supposed to use for the baseline vertical glazing.

If the energy model uses net area instead of the LEED definition of gross floor area, how is this discrepnacy reconciled?
