NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

LEED online form

I am assigned to fill out the LEED online form for EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance. Section 1.1B - Mandatory Requirements requires signature (via initials) by the Architect and Electrical Engineer. I am the Mechanical Engineer. Does anyone know how to allow the Electrical Engineer access to the form so he can put in his intials? We tried changing his "Role" to MEP engineer, and this did not help. I can put in his intials, but it then lists me as the Signatory person. Maybe this is the only way to do it? The Architect was able to put her intials on the form, and the she shows up as signing it. However she is an Administrator for the project.

Have the project administrator invite the electrical engineer to the project and then assign them to the credit (EAp2) as well.

After the electrical engineer has been assigned to the credit, he can log in and sign the template himself.
