High bay Areas LPD

We are working on a project with a bus repair bay areas for which we considered as "High Bay" areas for the energy model due to the fact that these areas are higher than 25 ft.

HVAC plans show the room setpoint. This should be the OPERATIVE temperature.

As per requirement G3.1.5(f) baseline, any existing envelope, the baseline building design shall reflect existing conditions prior to any revision.
