I have a question regarding G3.1.2.8. Per this section a return fan is required for the baseline system if there is a return fan in the proposed model.

Hello everybody, I´m simulating a LEED Project. When calculating the powers of the fans as G3.1.2.9, the result is adequate.

1) Why is column regularly occupied sf in leedonline EAp2-1 table needed? 2) We have filled out EAp2-1 as per the spaces used in the energy model, not the project per say...i.e.

Should we use the power density of the 90.1 without addenda or should we use the addendum I for the "baseline" of the energy simulation of EAp2?

I have a Tenant Improvement that has VAV terminal units connected to an existing VAV AHU. The contractor and owner decided to save money and utilize stand alone control.

Unconditioned Spaces

While modeling the building in the space-by-space method, there are a couple of closets that are not conditioned, therefore have been model as unconditioned in TRACE 700.
