Pressure Drop adustment in Section 14 Tables

Actually I'am not able to correlate section 14 required inputs under pressure drop column "CFMd", and the requirements of ASHRAE TABLE 6.5.3.1.1 B in (pascals/ in.w).

Spaces left for future use should be simulated as conditionned?

Dear community, I have a project where some spaces will be left for future use, while most of others are designed and built for immediate use.

Using a newer version of 90.1 than what LEED specifies

I am working on a project that was registered under LEED NC 2.2. Will the USGBC allow us to apply requirements from 90.1 - 2010 to the project instead of 90.1 - 2004?
