Can someone tell me if current simulation software (IES, Energy Plus or even HAP) uses any of the following methods in its calcs? 1. TFM – Transfer Function Method 2.

I have a packaged multi-zone VAV proposed system that has a 25 ton load and is scheduled with 10,000 cfm supply air and 4550 cfm outside air (45.5% OA).

I'm having trouble interpreting Table 7.8 in 90.1-2007. The way the performance requirements are listed is confusing, especially for gas water heaters, but I'll get to that in a bit.

Hvac system Warehouse

Dear all, I am modelling a warehouse that, in future, will have two tenants. It is expected to have two offices and one conference room, however there is still no hvac defined for these areas.

discovered a potential oversight on a building design: some restrooms intended to be used by very small kids are equipped with light switches and no occupancy sensors.

For the Energy Model I have used the (architectural drawing) for the proposed model, some wall sections were provided with its R-values from the manufacturer too.

Hi. I´m doing a energy simulation with Energy Plus. Energy Plus shows differents results about Unmet Load Hours: 1. Time setpoint not met 2.
