For the Energy Model I have used the (architectural drawing) for the proposed model, some wall sections were provided with its R-values from the manufacturer too. But in Table 1.4 I am asked to fill the proposed model inputs according to Appendix A from ASHRAE 90.1! What if my actual model data doesn't match with App. A data? What shall I have filled in the Table 1.4?

Appendix A rules. If you are in some far off country (or the manufacturer), it may be that other conventions are used to calculate R-/U-values...so to compare apples to apples you have to use App. A. App. A also includes for thermal breaks and considers the whole construction.

You can adjust the Appendix A assumptions to account for any differences with your project's assemblies. Describe the whole assembly and cite the Appendix A table used to determine the assembly U-value in Table 1.4.
