In our first review, our credit was denied. We are on a zero lot line property with the building occupying the entire site, but the site is listed on the state DEQ register of brownfield sites.

Hello, Due to budget issues, our client wants to decontaminate a portion of the site and not the entire site (only the areas were we are doing interventions).

Hi all, Our project is international and is under construction. We are keeping this credit on a stand-by, as during the design submission there was not any evidence of contamination.
