I am working on a Non-US project that is located in a new neighborhood that had been graded and developed by the local Municipality (roads and sidewalks) in 2006.

Previously Developed Site vs. Prime Farmland

I have a site that is currently on previously developed site. Utilities, sidewalks, etc are already in place. However the Soil Survey says the land the is prime farmland if drained.

We've got a building and hardscape located more than 50 feet from a navagable body of water, with one exception. There is a paved road to a dock that is on the body of water.

I have a project in Russia. In Russia we use the local equivalent of the United States Code of Federal Regulations named State Immovable Property Cadastre.

The project is located in Germany and is built according to german standards and regulations.
