The project site is classified as "prime farmland," but is in a developed area with buildings all around. Can I still comply with this credit?

Our project site is in what FEMA refers to as "Zone D"—an area that has possible but undetermined flood hazards, as no analysis of flood hazards have been conducted. How can we tell if we comply with this credit?

Is it possible to be exempted from the wetlands requirements under this credit if we protect or restore equivalent wetlands elsewhere?

Hello there,

I have two project sites in question.

1) An very urban site that was previously a parking lot

2) A suburban site that was previously graded (need further analysis to see if it was previously developed).

For both sites, no analysis or site surveys were completed prior to construction for the habitats of endangered/threatened species. How can we determine if this site was/has potential to have those habitats? Is it necessary to hire an ecologist for a site specific report? Can a report be made after construction had started?
