Hi, We are currently documenting the requirements for PIf4 and our option in order to comply is to provide a Tenant/Lease Agreement for certain credits.

I've been waiting to upload the drawings for our project until the revisions generated by Owner and Contractor have been complete, and the drawings reflect what's actually being constructed.

What is specifically meant with " mechanical plans and / or drawings " for L-4 ? I think it is definitely floor plan layout but what about details ? Is the details sheet also needed ?
