Does "submit For Review" tab under "Design Preliminary Review" ( LEED online - timeline ) allow me to review the credits that I am planning to submit one more time before I submit it OR does it submit the credits that has been marked as "complete" as soon as I click it ? Thanks

It submits as soon as you click, so proceed only when you are ready to pull the trigger!
