What is specifically meant with " mechanical plans and / or drawings " for L-4 ? I think it is definitely floor plan layout but what about details ? Is the details sheet also needed ? Are plumbing drawings (plans & riser diagrams ) counted for part of mechanical too ? Any help would be great.

We usually submit the mechanical plan sheets and any sheet with summary lists of mechanical equipment used such as the equipment schedules. Detail sheets aren't usually needed - they can always be uploaded for a particular credit. The point is to provide reviewers of any credits drawings that help them understand the main building systems and where duct work might be routed.
