Is the daily average transients a calculation or estimation?

We are currently working on a office block and have managed to obtain a peak transient amount from the client of 60 transients.

We have a multiple building situation. The changing rooms of one of the buldings (named "P10") serves to the population of the entire campus.

Transient minimums or calculations for barracks

Typically we submit 0 transients (visitors) for our Army barracks LEED NC projects. This has been challenged by the reviewer. Are there "minimums" expected for transients, even on an Army base?

FTE of hotel guests

How do I calculate FTE of hotel guests? I know have to do it during non-peak time of year and peak time of year. Also what do I do for visitors and transients?
