I am a bit confused and would appreciate the support of the community in one question. 

We have a high-rise building for which we are pursing LEED EBOM v4.1. Since that building only has an LED vertical columns lighting on the facade. Other than this no exterior fixtures are used?

Following Option1: Do we have any exempted areas/locations on exteior buildings.

Where exactly do should the Option 2 measurements be taken?  i.e. a certain distance above the light source? on the roof?  

The perimeter light levels are driven by the surrounding light sources such as street lights and adjoining building lights.  Do I need to make note of these factors in the credit form?

I understand that a building attempting re-certification is awarded 10 points for their past certification.  My question is can a building attempting re-certification using Version 4.1 also at
