Does every "object" outside of 25 feet count? The "quality" views would be facing a parking lot and then there are the backs of retail buildings 300 feet away.

The v02 Calculator does not have a column for the SF area of regularly-occupied spaces that have quality views. Has anyone tried to submit this version of the Calculator?

Are art galleries exempt from this credit or can the requirements be modified where windows or clerestorys may provide limited views to protect the art or maximize wall space?
