The v02 Calculator does not have a column for the SF area of regularly-occupied spaces that have quality views. Has anyone tried to submit this version of the Calculator?

Hi Molly,
we have tabulated the 'regularly occupied' rooms of the entire project in our own calculator to determine the total regularly occupied floor area of the project.
We then only add the regularly occupied rooms (or parts of regularly occupied rooms) that have qaulifying quality views into the USGBC calculator.
OR, you could enter every room in the USGBC calculator...but may need to split apart larger rooms that include floor area that meet the credit requirements from the parts of the room that do not meet the credit requirements.
Most current version of the USGBC calculator is 1/22/2021.

Here's what we received from GBCI:
In the LEED v4.1 Daylight and Quality Views Calculator V02 (https://www.usgbc.org/resources/leed-v41-daylight-and-quality-views-calculator), there is not currently a way to report when a portion of a regularly occupied space does not have a quality view. This is a known issue with the v4.1 calculator that USGBC is working on.
In the meantime, project teams may create their own calculation, use the LEED v4 Views Calculator (https://www.usgbc.org/resources/daylight-and-quality-views-calculator) as applicable, or enter the regularly occupied space as two line items in the v4.1 calculator: one with the compliant and one with the non-compliant area, to account for portions of a regularly occupied space that does not have a quality view.
