Can someone please clarify if the entire project (including additions) is used as the "denominator" for this credit?  Or only the existing building that is being resused?  I am finding th

Opt 2, path 4 Reuse and Salvaged Material requirement

I can't seem to find a minimum threshold for the amount of reused / salvaged materials required to be able to achieve all (4) points within Opt 2 Path 4.

Good afternoon colleagues, we have recently received comments (by LEED reviewers) about the EPDs we use for LCA in the baseline model that are not the standards to consider in the U.S.
