Can the Project Management Consultant (PMC) act as the LEED Commissioning Authority (CxA)?

Hello everyone,

I would like to clarify a scenario related to the CxA eligibility requirements for LEED v4.1 Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning.

Thank you LEEDuser for flagging this huge change to v4.1. In the latest addenda, there has been a change to the requirement for who the CxA can be on a project.

LEED v4.1 references ASTM standard E2813 Standard Practice for Building Enclosure Commissioning regarding BECx requirements.

Seasonal Commissioning in an area with no seasons like Singapore

Does anyone know or have experience demonstrating that, Seasonal Commissioning, a requirement  of the enhanced commissioning credit has been met in Singapore?
