Does anyone know or have experience demonstrating that, Seasonal Commissioning, a requirement of the enhanced commissioning credit has been met in Singapore?
Singapore is classified as tropical rainforest climate (Köppen climate classification Af), with no true distinct seasons. Owing to its geographical location and maritime exposure, its climate is characterized by uniform temperature and pressure, high humidity and abundant rainfall. The diurnal temperature range is 25 (day) to 33 (night), as an average, and this doesn’t really change much throughout the whole year.
Can you skip the seasonal commissioning aspect or is there an alternative way to demonstrate compliance?

Sorry for the delayed reply! Seasonal Commissioning is not so much a "requirement" as a recognition that some projects cannot complete all commissioning by the time that a project is submitted for certification. So if you can do all the work, no issue, no seasonal testing required.
