Greetings to All, Hope all are safe. We are doing the energy model for office building in which electrical energy only used. We know that, achieving the energy savings under LEED v4.1 is difficult

According to 4.2.1.3, existing buildings must comply with Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, or 11 or Appendix G.

We have a Workers` accomdination building which mainly comprimes of 3 floors and each floor has 32 room. Each room has 2 single bedrooms.

Optional Ventilation Fan for Baseline System?

My building has a fan coil unit to serve four-storey living quarters and the ventilation is met by a DOAS. 90.1 Appendix G calls for the outdoor air to match the proposed case.
