We have a Workers` accomdination building which mainly comprimes of 3 floors and each floor has 32 room. Each room has 2 single bedrooms. Whie checking complying with ASHRAE 90.1 2016 - Mandatory Provisions, Should we deal with the workers` rooms as hotel guest room or what?
