My reference guide states that this credit is eligible for exemplary performance on the Quick Reference table on page 17. It is also eligible for Regional Priority credit.

If I understand the LEED requirements for exterior lighting, we will be following the BUG guidelines for all lighting that will remain on from sunset to sunrise.
