2 buildings = 100% = 5 points?

We are looking at doing 2 multi-family low-rise buildings. Each building would be LEED for Homes certified - so 100% of the floor area would be certified over 69 units. To me this would be worth 5 points or do they make you go Option 1 and say it is only 1 building? Option 2 is for all project sizes. Please advise!

Tommy, Option 2 is available to you. The v4 Reference Guide step-by-step guidance says in Step 1/Select an Option that "Option 2, Projects of All Sizes, is available to any project, regardless of the number of habitable buildings." Eliot
