For a building with individual systems per unit, does every single system need to be commissioned?

What kinds of projects must the CxA demonstrate experience on?

What level of authority does the CxA have towards correcting inaccurate or erroneous construction?

Our project is considering LEED after construction has begun. Can we meet the EAp1 requirements and thus be eligible for LEED certification?

The LEED Online template provides selections for HVAC systems commissioning (4pts) or commissioning with monitoring (5pts). The LEED Reference Guide describes Enhanced Systems Commissioning (3-4pts), commissioning with monitoring (4pts) and/or envelope commissioning (2pts). Can someone clarify what Paths are available and for what number of points?

Peter, the online form for Enhanced Commissioning serves for all LEED sub-systems under Building Design and Construction, and Interior Design and Construction. Differences are in available point for specific paths under each system. Make sure that you always work with the correct selection of system. For BDC version there are available 3points for Enhanced Systems Cx, 4points for Enhanced and Monitoring-based Cx, 5points for Enhanced Systems Cx + Envelope Cx, and finally, 6points for Enhanced + Monitoring-Based + Envelope Cx. For IDC version there are available 4points for Enhanced Systems Cx, or 5points for Enhanced + Monitoring-based Cx. If the building envelope is in scope of works, it should be also included in Cx process. Any extra point for Envelope Cx is not feasible though.
