Water-resistant flooring

Homes-v4 MRp2:Durability management

The credit states to "use water resistant flooring; do not use carpet." Is there a specific list of what LEED considers to be water resistant flooring?

Any reason NOT to switch from v4 to v4.1 for the BPDO EPD credit?

I looked at the changes, and I don't see a reason why the switch to v4.1 would not be of benefit.  Am I missing anything, where it could potentially create a problem for a project?

I recall an LI or Addendum from v2009 whereby certain smaller units were exempt from MERV 13 filtration as it is just not feasible on those units, am I remembering correctly?
