Our CI project Owner is occupying 100% of the building, including core space. They are also responsible for operations and maintenance practices. However, they are do not own the building.

My project has 30% of carparking reserved for electric vehicles. The plugs used comply with an IEC standard but not the one specfied in the credit requirements.

We have a Commercial Interiors project and they have policies for the users that are similar or equal to the fitness and nourishing requirements for the WELL certification.
