Existing Ice Machine

The Prerequisite is pretty explicit that it only applies to newly installed fixtures. What happens if the ice machines are existing?

Can anyone confirm if cloths dryers have to be EnergyStar certified as well or is this requirement only for cloths washers?

In the reference guide of LEED ID+C V4,  it is mentioned under prerequisite  the newly installed plumbing fixtures must be according to the Table 6 flow rates.

Ascent Macerating Toilet

We are planning on using an ascent macerating toilet. I was wondering how to properly specify it  in the Water Use calculator. Would this fixture be allowable?
