Cooling Tower Requirements Applicable for CI project?

Hi all, 

I'm wondering "Table 3. Standards for processes" is applicable to CI projects that are served by water cooled chillers & cooling towers (but the project scope does not include the chillers or cooling towers)?

The Reference Guide states "Commercial interiors projects do not need to comply with the cooling tower or other building systems requirements if these systems are outside the project’s scope of work"
