Long shot question for those of you working on GSA projects - has anyone had success submitting the GSA Custodial Specs for LEED's Green Cleaning and other O+M related policies? 

Does BD+C allow for Tenant Guildlines to be allowed as an innovation credit? If yes, what are the requirements?

Can someone please help me understand what is needed for the Daylight in nonregularly occupied spaces, option 2? What is a weather file or geometric plot?

We are working on a project that is already getting an exemplary credit for quality views. Is it possible to get this exemplary credit in addition to the pilot credit?
