Flush out option -1 for spaces like Stairwells and Elevator shafts

According to the language used in this credit, we are supposed to perform a building flush-out of the gross floor area.

I would like to confirm if flush-out calculations should be based on gross or net floor area of the building.

I was asked by the client to collect air samples now- a month after occupancy (he says he forgot to call me before.......). Would that be acceptable when they send in the reports?

I currently have different TSI instruments which have the capability to measure Total VOCs, PM 2.5 & 10 and CO.

Hi.

LEED requires "maintaining an internal temperature of at least 60°F (15°C) and no higher than 80°F (27°C) and relative humidity no higher than 60%."

From my understanding, in order to pass the test for PM2.5 and PM10, EPA Compendium Method IP-10 has to be used.

I'm not an engineer or designer, but I have a question related to a new apartment I just moved in to. The building is new construction, and only the 4th floor (top floor) is completed.
