Points Earned for IAQ Test?

I am wondering if anyone has successfully pursued the IAQ testing path for 2 points and/or if anyone has pursued the IAQ testing points and not been successful in earning the points. We are pursuing this credit via testing on a project in the near term and would like to know if there are any lessons learned, or new insight into the feasibility of the IAQ testing. Thanks!

We haven't tested yet using v4 but used to often in 2009. We always ended up passing, though a few times we failed in one area because something from the punch list was ongoing. Once we failed a PM test when somebody needed to cut into the drywall to retrieve a broken cable from the conduit it got stuck in and another time we failed a VOC test because the hinges on an emergency exit to the basement had to be flipped and we were using Bondo type material. Both passed on retest after a day or two. We pursued the low-VOC credits and flushed the building leading up to the test. I'm interested to hear if v4 is more difficult to achieve. FYI - I reached out to our regular tester and he said this about costs: Small v3 projects such as what you describe (20 k SF, 3 story) range from $2,200-$3,000. v4 is a nightmare with no labs stepping up to offer a package of analyses that will fit the requirements. Using a patchwork of tests and labs, the cost would be approximately $7,000-10,000 per building.
