According to the language used in this credit, we are supposed to perform a building flush-out of the gross floor area. Does this include spaces like Stairs/Stairwells, Vestibules and Elevator shafts? If so, am I correct in assuming that a temporary ventilation fan (provided that outdoor air conditions meet the temperature and humidity requirements defined by the credit) can be used for the purpose of flush-out for these spaces and then these fans can be discarded from the project before occupancy?
