CDPH VOC Emissions Certificate Expired

I have a submittal that includes a resinous flooring product for which the CDPH 01350 v1.2-2017 VOC emissions testing certificate expired in September of 2019.

terrazzo resin system

using HPD as supporting documentation

Fire Treated Plywood - how to document PS 1 or PS 2 standard?

Anybody have advice on how to document a plywood product is manufactured to PS-1 or PS-2 standard for fire treated products?  I am getting pushback from GBCI for Hoover Pyro-guard products.

Under v3, only systems furniture and desk/occasional seating were included.  Under v4/4.1, is ALL (non-permantly installed) furniture now included?  What counts as a piece of furniture?
