In LEEDv4, Options 2 of MRc2 & MRc3 and Option 3 of MRc4 all include a rule that "Structure and enclosure materials may not constitute more than 30% of the value of compliant building products.

The materials credits apply to components that are permanently installed in the building.

All three of the EPD credits have two options each that can be pursued individually for one point or together for a total of two points for each EPD credit.

LEED Consultant

Hello. I am working in a LEED project and I coordinate the LEED process from the contractor side ,also the project has a external LEED consultant but I am not very sure of their role.

CSRs

Are CSRs required simply for manufacturer's (a blanket report that encompasses all products made by a particular manufacturer), or are CSRs required for each individual product?

How specific does the location disclosure have to be for the raw material supplier extraction locations? I have a client concerned about revealing proprietary information.

FSC-certified bamboo

LEED Interpretation ID# 2535 ruled that, under LEED 2009, FSC-certified bamboo could be counted under both MRc6 (Rapidly Renewable Materials) and MRc7 (FSC Certified Wood).
