I have a rectangular desk and a semi-circular corner desk in the same line by the same manufacturer and wanted to know if these 2 desks counted as different products for the materials calculations?

I have not been able to find any guidance on this - is it still acceptable to use the default of 45% of the contract value to determine total material cost?

Can anyone clarify the following section from p469 of the ref guide?  It seems to be saying only include MEP materials that are credit compliant in calculations.

Does anyone know what type of documentation will come from an EPD? Will they all need a certificate? What type of questions will we need to ask subcontractors/manufacturers

We are in our process of gathering and submitting our papers for LEED requirements but we our having a trouble regarding the EPD since none of our suppliers have a certification on hand.

We have a concrete supplier who has participated in general industry-wide EPD and has a Sustainability Report (GRI).

Any help would be appreciated regarding the following questions: I was wondering if any definition is given for the "industry average"?
