We have a concrete supplier who has participated in general industry-wide EPD and has a Sustainability Report (GRI). My understanding is this can contribute to MRc2 Op1-as one product, MRc2 Op2- can contribute by cost, MRc3 Op1-as one product, MRc3 Op2- can contribute by cost.
-Is this interpretation of concrete contribution to MR credits correct?
-Would concrete count as structural material (and have a cap of 30% contribution)
Thanks

With regard to MRc2 Op1, you can include multiple products from a manufacturer, as long as they differ in performance or function, and not just appearance. Therefore, different concrete mix designs may be able to be submitted as separate "products". Take a closer look at the industry wide EPD, it should contain some guidance (or you may try the EPD owners web link, they may provide additional info there). For instance I have a customer that participated in the NRMCA industry wide EPD. The EPD itself includes a table for your supplier to match their mix to an EPD "Product Name". The NRMCA website then has an example letter showing the supplier how to list their various mix designs with their corresponding EPD "Product Names".
