Recycling treated lumber or plywood?

Has anybody found a way to recycle/divert plywood or other engineered wood?  I think I've read enough things to understand that once lumber is treated with chemicals, it isn't a material to be

Demonstrate Implementation of CWM Plan (NC-V4)

It is clear to me how the prerequisite is to implement a plan without having to meet any diversion thresholds. However, its not clear how a CWM plan implementation is demonstrated.

Biodegradable, Recyclabe Plastic Pail LEED Credit Contribution?

We manufacture sealant that we package in a 5 gallon plastic pail made from Type 2 HPDE and additives that make it Biodegradable. The pail will degrade in 120 days in the landfill.
