Lighting controls inside a dorm restroom

Section 9.4.1.2 Space Control indicates that restrooms must have an occupancy sensor. We have a dorm project where each two dormrooms has a shared bathroom.

Baseline fan motor efficiency

System fan power is calculated per ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Appendix G3.1.2.10, where for the systems 3 through 8 fan motor efficiency is part of the formula.
