Hello, I am modeling a Baseline System 2, PTHP and a doubt has arrised:

I am working on a building project in the Netherlands that will utilize district heating.

We are working on a Hospital Project outside USA and we are going though option 1 i.e. whole building energy simulation.

According to ASHRAE 90.1 / Section 9.4.1.2 , Do we have to install occupant sensor or a timer switch in electrical and mechanical rooms?
