Hi, I am working on a test and reliability manufacturing facility, where we are using close to 65,000 gals of water for process load, what should be a good assumption to figure out how much of that would be Hot water, next thing is in the proposed I am using gas boiler with a 95% efficiency, now the baseline says i need to use the same source but with efficiency of 80%. My concern here is even if i take 5% of that water as hot water that would result in huge savings because of the efficiency difference, does anyone had to go through the same concern?
