What area must be provided in the calculator for areas of trees, is it the tree canopy or diameter of the trunk?

In the v4_Outdoor Water Use Reduction Calculator, there is a tab where you need to key in the Monthly Rainfall and Evaportranspiration Rate (ETo) for the location of the project.

our project has a fog installation on it´s rooftop.

The water consumption of said installation would be 3,6 l/min.

We have a project whose landscape meets the prerequisite “WE Outdoor Water Use Reduction” (it consumes 30% less water than the base case).
